In 2022 it became evident that the cybersecurity market is growing exponentially. Partners receive an increase number of requests from customers who want to know how to improve their IT security maturity.
In response to this, we are offering our partners additional knowledge and new tools to help enable and establish them as trusted cybersecurity authorities. Our partners will benefit by being better able to offer their clients a more comprehensive and complete service, and clients will benefit by knowing they have placed their infrastructure in safe hands.
One way we do this is by offering workshops to clients that enable them to implement the Guardian360 9-plane model to get a full understanding of their current information security maturity level. In addition, we will be introducing commercial and technical trainings as part of our Partner program.
This was also
the right time for us to take a detailed look at our current program, Partner statuses and benefits and conditions. We are happy to introduce our new Guardian360 Partner Program which will come into effect on February 1, 2023.
Training
From February 2023, we will start with the commercial and technical training for Partners. Every other month trainings will be held online or at the Guardian360 office in Utrecht. After the trainings sales representatives will obtain the Guardian360 Sales Expert certificate, engineers will obtain the Guardian360 Technical Expert certificate. Training is mandatory for Partners to obtain and maintain the new Partner levels being Certified, Advanced or Premium. The certificates will be valid for 1 year.
Goals of the commercial training
To enable Partners in a way that they can:
present themselves as an information security authority to clients
present the right pitch and offer the correct services
create Guardian360 quotes by themselves
demonstrate Guardian360 Lighthouse to their clients
We have changed our Partner statuses to the following:

Partners currently having the Authorised status will be granted the Sales status as of July 1, 2023, unless they meet the Certified status requirements. In that
case they will be granted the Certified status.
After obtaining the Certified, Advanced or Premium Partner status Partners, are allowed to implement Guardian360 services for their own IT-environment and Web applications free of charge. December each year, the current statuses of all our Partners will be re-evaluated by Guardian360.
