Guardian360
Dear ,

This month we have some great developments to report. We look back on a great edition of Cloudfest. In just a few days we met about a hundred existing and potential partners. It was fun to see everyone in real life again, I'm glad we extended our footprint in Germany.

In the past few months we have spoken to a number of German distributors about distributing Guardian360 services. I expect that we will sign our first German distribution agreement this quarter. Things are also developing well in Belgium; together with Copaco and Acronis we are exhibiting at the Cybersec Europe Event in Brussels and we see an increase in interest of Belgium managed services providers and IT services providers.

We are also very happy to have finally found a UX Developer. On May 1st Martin will join our team, we are looking forward to working with him and laying the foundation for the UX/UI of the future.

Greetings,
On behalf of the Guardian360 team,

Jan Martijn Broekhof
Managing Director

Platinum partners Visolity and Intermax

This month, our partner director Jeff handed over a Platinum partner award to Visolity and I handed over a Platinum partner award to Intermax.

Within Guardian360, we are happy with all of our partnerships, but because our Platinum partners have committed to dedication and revenue, we wanted to put them in the spotlight.

Lighthouse update

In the past weeks we added new functionality to Guardian360 Lighthouse. We fixed some bugs also.

  • Accepted hacker are visible
  • It is possible to whitelist ip addresses for a Hacker Alert Appliance, so E.G. monitoring systems will not trigger the Hacker Alert Appliance.
  • CentOS8 has been replaced by RockyLinux on all of our appliances (without downtime!)

On April 11 the second Guardian360 Platinum Partners roadmap consultation took place. In the upcomming weeks these partners will vote on feature requests, in the next newsletter we share the results.

Technical meetup on Guardian360 Lighthouse integration

In previous partner newsletters, we asked our partners to assess the need for an integration with, for example, Autotask, Kaseya, TopDesk and Computicate. At that time there were not many partners who had this need, but now the sounds for an integration are getting stronger.

Bruinsma Kantoorautomatisering has realized a first integration between Guardian360 Lighthouse and Autotask with Microsoft Power Automate. T-ICT has requested a quote from an integrations provider to create an integration with Autotask that synchronizes organizations, creates tickets and creates dashboarding.

Guardian360 likes to facilitate the conversation between partners to share knowledge and perhaps also to share investments in these kinds of integrations.

On Thursday 12 May, a Teams session will be held at 11:00 am, sign up using the button below.

Guardian360 live on Dutch Ingram Micro Cloud marketplace

Over the past few months, the Cloudblue team has been busy onboarding Guardian360 services. Previously, only part of our services were onboarded and still at the old rates. Now all our services are onboarded at the 2022 rates.

The Ingram Micro Cloud marketplace is the first online marketplace where these services have become visible. We are in talks with Cloudblue to get this done soon for Copaco, Aces Direct and Ingram Micro in other countries as well.

April Fools' Day 2022

On April 1, I posted the message below on LinkedIn. We enjoyed the responses!

Last Wednesday our colleague Dick was the first Guardian360 Angel to receive his ultra-secure home workstation. We have been working on it in the deepest secrecy for the past few months, I am proud of this innovation, our information security has been given another major boost!

The new home workstations have a number of advantages:
  • You no longer need to take a laptop from the office to home, the risk of loss and theft is therefore totally absent;
  • Because of the ergonomic design you always have a clean desk;
  • Because of the weight of the workstation it will not easily be stolen;
  • The single screen ensures that peeking is not possible;
  • By blocking the USB ports, no malicious software can be loaded;
  • Because everyone has the same workstation, management and maintenance is easy, less complexity increases security;
  • The workstations are a sit and stand desk in one, a simple bar stool is enough to work comfortably in a seated position;
  • The workstation takes up less space than a traditional desk, so the impact on the home situation is greatly reduced;

In the course of this month the workstations will also be installed at all other colleagues' homes. Partners of Guardian360 can also start using the ultra-secure home workstation via Guardian360. In this way, we are also helping our partners to work safely at home!
